Contributions
LACLO 2022 Main Track:
Full (6-8 pages) and short (3-4 pages) papers will be accepted for a double-blind review process. They could be written in Spanish, Portuguese or English, using IEEE Template. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. A selection of best papers will be invited for presenting extended versions for Latin-American Learning Technologies Journal - IEEE-RITA. Papers must be submitted at Easychair in the following URL: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=laclo2022.
II EduTech – 2nd Latin-American Contest on Learning Technologies
The 2nd EduTech – part of LACLO 2022 - aims to encourage the submission of technological educational solutions that positively impact learning. The contest also aims to stimulate entrepreneurial thinking and the generation of disruptive innovation. The contest aims to encourage the dissemination of technologies that aim to solve real day-to-day problems in schools and that affect education in Latin America.
Summary papers (2 pages) (in the same format of the Main Track) are expected to be received, describing the solution, its impacts and potential uses. A demo version of the software is also expected to be submitted (alternatively, a demo video or URL could be provided instead). Papers must be submitted at Easychair in the following URL: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=laclo2022. The [EduTech] tag must be included at the beginning of the paper title.
Workshops and tutorials
During the LACLO2022, tutorials or mini-courses are planned, with a duration of half or a full day, which include: research results, state of the art in current learning technologies issues, approaches to topics of industrial or academic interest, introduction to computational thinking in primary and secondary education, introduction to computational thinking in primary and secondary education among others.
